Skyrise is a custom designer and manufacturer of prototypes. We provide product design and development services, which include the designing, developing and manufacturing of products for a wide variety of industries. We have successfully provided product design and development services to our clients in Florida, and all across the US since 1995.

PRODUCT R&D

Concept Modeling

Have an idea for a product? Let us do the brain-storming and concept sketching. We’ll then render a 3D model of your product and produce several 3D animations. You’ll also receive a full concept design report that fully details every aspect of your product.

Rapid Prototyping

We provide rapid prototyping services, using specialized manufacturing techniques for making high-quality physical models of virtual 3D product designs. Prototypes are useful as an initial step towards product testing, product presentations and full production.

CNC G-Coding

We offer CNC programming, providing a G-code program for a complete part or a single feature. Working from a model or print, we will create a tool path for your job, and output a CNC program that will run on your machine. Tool list and part setup info provided.

Consulting

Receive expert guidance on researching and developing your product. We have over 20 years experience, advising corporations and individuals on how to best make their ideas into tangible products. We can show you exactly what all of your options are.

Precision Molding

We specialize in molding, decorating and assembling plastic parts, and providing related services. We maintain the highest possible standards of ISO 9001-2008 compliance to ensure the highest quality possible. Your specifications and needs drive our production.

Patent Drawings

We offer accurate patent drawings that comply with all of the stringent requirements of the USPTO/PCT. Professional formal drawings make a great impression on the patent examiner. We have over 20 years of experience drafting compliant patent drawings.

Patent Application Preparation

Whether you’re applying for a provisional or non-provisional patent with the US patent office, we have extensive experience assisting our clients through the patent application process. We will organize all of the materials you need to successfully get your patent application approved and your invention patented.

I have an idea, but no design. How can you help?

We can definitely help! We would sit down with you and discuss your idea, what you want the product to do, how you want it to look and function, and any other important considerations. Our goal is to understand your vision and become your partner in the development of your product.

Do you help with the patenting/copyrighting/licensing/legal part of my idea/design/prototype/product?

Yes, Skyrise is your complete resource for all of your product development needs.

I have a product that was unsuccessful and I'm looking to redesign it, can you help?

Yes, we certainly can. In the new product design process, we would sit down with you and determine how we can improve upon the previous design and address any issues.

What do I need to do to get started with manufacturing?

Once we have a design that you have approved and you are ready to begin the manufacturing process, we’ll take care of everything. This is the real difference between Skyrise and other product development firms: We cover all aspects of your product development. We don’t do half of the job and then send you off to someone else. We take you from start to finish, from research and design, to full production and product marketing.

How does pricing work?

When we have the opportunity to sit down and discuss your product vision, we will seek to completely understand what it is you want Skyrise to do for you, whether it’s product design and development, prototypes, regulatory agency approvals, product testing, packaging, or manufacturing and marketing, we can do any or all of these steps as part of our proposal.

Once we have given you a proposal, based on your requirements and needs, we will stand behind that proposal and the costs provided.

How are timelines on projects developed?

Each timeline is unique because of the unique needs of each project. This too will be determined during our process of understanding your product vision, and just like the pricing we provide in our proposal, we also provide you with a carefully determined timeline based on over 20 years of experience.
